In addition, the Gerber Solara ion offers revolutionary, patent-pending technology that makes this the printer of the future. Proprietary GerberCAT™ inks are a vibrant, four color (CMYK) set that provide quality and durability—and bond to almost any substrate.
The Solara ion’s Cold Fire Cure™ employs UV technology that works with GerberCAT ink at nearly room temperature, allowing printing on substrates that other printers would burn, warp or curl, such as paperboard, corrugated board, corrugated plastic and chipboard. The Gerber Solara ion prints directly on all substrates, eliminating the need for laminating and saving money in supplies and labor. |
