Service Contract
The Elite Service Contract (ESC) is our premium annual package made up of the
Preventative Maintenance Contract, Telephone Support Contract and including all
parts and labor. In addition, the ESC allows for a 15% discount on any consumable
products sold by Gerber Innovations, such as cutting blankets and blades for the
duration of the contract.

Preventative
Maintenance Contract
The Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC) offers one site visit (inclusive
of travel and expenses) encompassing a comprehensive service of your machine
with the replacement of any worn parts as itemized in our PMC kit. In addition,
the PMC includes the Telephone Support Contract as well as a 10% discount on
all parts and consumables for the duration of the contract.

Telephone
Support Contract
The Telephone Support Contract (TSC) offers you unlimited telephone access
